Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to view your order status and tracking information.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days beyond the expected delivery window. If your order still hasn't arrived, contact our CX team at pack@detturtlemart.work.
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
We begin processing orders immediately. While we cannot guarantee address changes, please contact our CX team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
